This package is designed to help children as young as 3 months to 5 years old have a good night’s rest by learning to fall asleep independently.

In just 2 weeks you can learn how to organize your child’s day and night and help them learn when and how to fall asleep all on their own. I will set you up with a comprehensive sleep plan which includes a solid bedtime routine, a structured daytime and nighttime routine, and age-appropriate sleep methods that fit your parenting style. I will not only provide you with the information needed but will also instruct you on how to implement it and guide you throughout the 2 weeks.

Whether you are a first time parent or have been through the newborn stage several times, welcoming the birth of your baby is a miraculous and precious blessing. But, the newborn stage is also known for bringing with it many seemingly endless sleepless nights.

What if I were to tell you that it is possible to help your little one fall asleep naturally? By gently shaping their days and nights through organizing their eating and sleeping cycles, you can begin implementing a rhythm of rest in your young baby’s life and continue that rhythm as the weeks and months go by. We can work together in helping your baby easily stretch the night hours during those first few months and begin establishing good nap routines throughout the day. Around two months of age your baby will be capable of consistently sleeping 6-7 hour stretches during the night. By 12 weeks your child can reach 9-10 hours of uninterrupted nighttime sleep, and by 16 weeks he can have a good 12 hours of sleep each night. With consistency and patience, restful days and nights with your baby can become your everyday rhythm.

This is for parents with an infant or child that has already learned how to fall asleep independently but has had some setbacks, or their child is struggling in a certain phase or transition. They need some quick advice and solutions to remedy the problem. If your child has not developed the skill of independent sleep, the Two Week or Newborn packages would better meet you and your child’s needs.
