Meet Claudia
As a mom of four, grandmother of five, long time preschool teacher, and certified pediatric sleep consultant, I have seen first hand the difference that simple routines and rhythms can make in a child’s demeanor, development, and everyday life. Over the past 27 years I’ve been able to guide not just my own children, but also my students and the little ones of family and friends toward establishing consistent, healthy sleep habits and discovering a pattern of rest in their home.
My Story
My history with sleep training began when I was pregnant with my first child. I saw the struggles that other young moms were having with their children and sleep, and did not want to have that experience when beginning my own family. Thanks to a more experienced mom friend, I realized that not only was it possible to have a baby that slept well, but it was up to me to learn how to establish restful routines in my home. That was when I started studying the art of sleep training infants. I implemented those methods and instilled those rhythms and routines with my first born. As a result, all four of my children became independent sleepers from early on, but it didn’t end there. I was able to help family and friends by sharing what I learned, and got to see their children thrive with the skill of independent sleep.
I have also spent the last 20 years teaching and working with preschoolers in the private school setting. I know the struggles that children have sleeping independently, even 4 and 5 year olds, and have seen the hindrances it causes in their emotional and cognitive development. It takes an unnecessary toll on parents, and affects the whole family’s life in significant ways. I want to reach out to these families and help them, so they can also experience rhythms of rest, in body, mind, and soul, in their own homes.

“My first child adjusted very well to the schedule and we had no issues. When my second child was born we started the exact same process only to find out something wasn’t working the same way. Because of Claudia’s experience she advised me to reach out to our pediatrician. Sure enough, our child had inner ear issues which caused the issues in his sleep. Without sleep training, I wouldn’t have known that something was wrong. That peace of mind was so important to my family, and for that I’m so thankful to have worked with Claudia.”
-Andrea, mom of three
“My husband and I both got sick and frustrated for almost 11 months of sleepless nights with the baby. It was then we came to know about Claudia and she guided us on how to sleep train our child. It worked out so well… Gradually, within a week’s time, he slept throughout the night… Claudia has been a great help from God at the right time. She never left any question unanswered and would be quick to respond and understand our problem patiently and guided practically, motivating bibiically.”
-Jeevana, mom of two
“I love my sleep and I knew I needed it to function and be a great Mom… Claudia helped me with both of my girls to get them on a schedule, which was a lifesaver. Once we got into a rhythm, my husband and I told everyone to use her sleep training method! She is great to work with, very patient and super clear on how to implement the plan.”
-Sandra, mom of two
“Our first three children were born prematurely, the first at 34 weeks and then our twins at 27 weeks, and I truly believe the reason they grew so well and caught up so quickly once we brought them home is because they were getting enough rest and milk thanks to Claudia’s emphasis on solid eating and sleeping routines. They became great eaters and sleepers very quickly. Even our twin son who had a congenital heart defect thrived with the eat, play, sleep cycles, which doctors said helped him last as long as he did before needing medical intervention for his heart. We’re getting ready to welcome our fourth baby and will do the same thing with her as we did with her older siblings.”
-Ana, mom of four
“She has given me the skills that I need to provide my children with the skills that they need to sleep and sleep well. Anytime I have a babysitter watch my kids, they are so amazed at how easy it is to get my kids to go to sleep. They love their bed, they love their bedtime routine, it is simple and short, and we never have an issue with our kids going to sleep.”
-Nicole, mom of three
“I was struggling to put my 13 month old to sleep. She needed to be rocked to sleep. In addition, she woke up every night at least once. It was difficult to function the next day… After two nights of following the tailored plan, she fell asleep without help… I used to be exhausted all day from interrupted sleep. There were many occasions when I’d get less than three hours of sleep. Now I am able to spend quality time with my family and husband.”
-Ola, mom of three
